I love this place. When im in kumagaya i go 2x a week.
The lighting is dim and atmospheric, like a small bar. When you enter, there is a vending machine on the right hand side, and the recommendation is a big button that is easy to understand. Tsukemen and rice were ❌, so I had no choice but to choose salt ramen from the recommended ones. 870 yen. Noodles being added, chashu electric cutting, etc. can be seen from the counter. I wanted to include an image of the store, but there was no time left. There is no chance for both the girl in the hall and the master. The host serves the dishes over the counter. Char siu is huge. I thought the soup was a little salty and thick at first bite, but I got used to it as I ate it, so I guess that's just how it is. Although the chashu is huge, it's still melty. Chicken oil for white onions? Maybe it's because of the sesame oil flavor, so I mixed it into my mouth along with the noodles. I thought the noodles were hard at first bite, but as I ate them they seemed to stretch out and I could eat them normally. In fact, the curly, thin noodles became chewy and entwined with the soup, making it delicious. It's probably hard enough with the expectation that it will become that way over time. The amount of noodles was quite large and the normal size was enough. I added something like garlic and pepper to the soup I drank at the end, which changed the taste, but I'd like to try other things someday. I think it was delicious. The girl who first showed me my seat was quite cute and had a wonderful smile. It seems like they know how to think about guidance and how to spread it out, and they change their positions when they're in three groups, and they're probably communicating well with their masters at work, and they know and share guidance patterns. I thought maybe. My husband doesn't waste any time, but he responds concisely when necessary. Thank you to Watari-san for letting me know about the store.
