More Comments at Google MapThe abura soba is very meaty. There's 200g, 300g, or 400g.
A Jiro style ramen shop in front of Kumagaya Station. There is also a plate of minced meat and rice called Nikuhan. It feels more like Tachikawa Mashimashi than Jiro-inspired. This time I ordered small ramen (200g). It's a normal amount of photos. Rice can be ordered separately for 100 yen. The oil is flavored and has a solid texture, so it's very delicious when eaten with rice. At first, I thought the ramen was a light Jiro-inspired ramen, but as I continued to eat it, the garlic flavor melted in and it became ridiculously delicious. It was rather light, so I felt like I was able to drink the soup without it hitting my stomach. It was well balanced and delicious.
There was a yellow sign on the back street near the station, and it was passed by two people who looked like an older brother and a model with a small face, so I wondered if it was okay. I thought for a moment, but it turned out to be Jiro. I'm not sure if it's because it's before the 11 o'clock peak time or if it's the system here, but I was asked about the toppings at the same time as the amount of noodles. Cole's order was less garlic and less vegetables, but ginger, and on the other hand, since it was Jiro, there was no grated garlic on the table. happy service
