Even though it's a food court store, you can eat very delicious tsukemen, so I keep coming back! In fact, I even go to Fukaya Hanazono Outlet because I want to try the next-generation tsukemen lol. The dipping sauce is seafood-based, but the seafood flavor is subtle and mild, so I think anyone can enjoy it. The noodles are thick and slightly brownish, and to be honest, I don't have a discerning palate to appreciate the taste of the noodles themselves, but they mixed well with the dipping sauce and had a chewy texture. It's very delicious! ! This time I tried using fresh shichimi chili pepper topping. Instead of dipping it into the dipping sauce, try adding it to the noodles! The staff recommended it, so I went for it, and it was delicious, with a rich aroma of seaweed, sesame seeds, and chili peppers, and a punch to the mild tsukemen! It's busy at any time of the day, and it takes a long time to line up, especially at lunchtime, but the tsukemen is so delicious that you'll want to wait in line to eat it.
A shop in the Hanazono Outlet food court. I came to eat lunch by bicycle from my house, but it was about 10 o'clock when I got there, so I had a lot of time left. but it's okay! ! In the food court, restaurants are open from 10:00. I don't know much about it, but I chose a tsukemen shop called Jonenjo, who I only know is famous. Without thinking about anything in particular, I ordered a large size of special tsukemen. It's self-service, so I'm called and go to get tsukemen. A lot of noodles were topped with pork and eggs. Special seems to be the one with toppings from the beginning. Tsukemen soup salty. A lot of noodles, I'm full. I'm done, I'm full. I finished eating around 11:00, but I didn't feel hungry even though I had dinner at 19:00. Therefore, I learned that eating a large portion of the special tsukemen will keep me full for more than 8 hours. I vowed to myself that the next time I ate it, I would try the normal portion.
