Small local family-run ramen shop, popular among the locals. Totally a hidden gem in Kawagoe. Only ¥500 for a huge bowl of super delicious negi-ramen (+ free boiled egg). Will definitely come back for another bowl of ramen!

Visited again on 6/4. For lunch, try Tsukemen at Ramen Shop Yamanaka in Yoshida Shinmachi, Kawagoe City. Free boiled eggs for 550 yen and it was delicious 😋 I had ramen 🍜 for lunch. It was cheap at 450 yen, and the boiled egg was free, and it was very delicious 😋

Green onion miso ramen medium ¥750 Average ¥650 Mini curry ¥250 The rich pork bone miso soup has a punch and is extremely delicious! Once you slurp up the thin noodles that resemble rasho and the standard green onions all at once, you won't be able to say anything else! The compatibility between the green onions, soup, and noodles is so great that you might even want to add more green onions! As I was eating it, I could smell the refreshing yuzu scent, which was probably because of the finely chopped yuzu peel! It's surprising that the char is so good, but what's even more surprising is how low the price is! The average ramen cost only ¥450, and I rubbed my eyes over and over again, wondering if I had traveled back in time to the Showa era. When you order ramen, you get a free boiled egg! The owner and his wife who still maintain this price? I genuinely wanted this store to continue for a long time! Thank you for the meal~!
