The ramen tasted fabulous, and the chashu was packed with flavor. The owner was also very friendly, talkative, and showed me the pork that he recently finished making. Absolute phenomenal. It was great to not only have an awesome meal but also speak with the staff.

I think the amount of noodles is a little small. I recommend it because it's not that crowded. 2023/3/8 Back fat salt ramen (black) with burnt garlic This is my first time here after the renovation. Last time I ate red sea bream oil with back fat soy sauce, so this time I tried black sea bream oil with back fat salt. This is also delicious and has a punch of black sardine oil. Although it's salty, it tastes almost like tonkotsu ramen. The amount of noodles is still small. I don't know if it was because it was renovated or because it was night, but it was a little crowded. There are only 2 parking spaces, but there is also a coin parking in front.

Special 4 times fresh back fat garlic soy sauce ramen topped with onions and green onions. The combination of the 4x backfat soup and onions was so delicious that I drank the entire soup. was delicious.
