Salt pork noodles 1050 yen. Slightly thick and slippery noodles in a refreshing seafood broth. Speaking of which, I ate at a ramen shop for the first time in a while. It was delicious.

I received the chashu men. It was a light soup that wasn't too fatty and had a nice dashi stock. The well-cooked and flavorful chashu was delicious, and the handmade noodles were chewy and very good. The owner was cooking and serving customers all by himself, so it was always crowded and seemed busy, but I felt like he was working very carefully.

First visit on July 17, 2022 at 11:00. I had salted wonton noodles and chashu rice bowl. The noodles were medium-thick and a little soft, the soup was light with the aroma of chicken and knots, and the wonton had a strong ginger flavor, all to my liking. I'm away from home, but I'll visit again.
