I ate extreme Chinese soba. It was a seafood soup, but it was delicious without any unpleasant taste. The soy sauce ramen that the children ate is also refreshing and delicious. Chilled Chinese noodles feel a little chewy. The variety of noodles and soups was amazing. I especially like the char siu because it is meaty.
[Post ③] It's been a while since I've been here. I chose the lighter version of Tokyo Ramen. Always delicious. The grandma I went with ordered half noodles. I ate the soup and thought it was delicious (^-^) [Post ②] Miso ramen was delicious. I forgot to take a photo (>_<) Since I could choose between light and rich, I chose light. Soon after, I heard the sound of an iron pot being shaken. This sounds absolutely delicious! A piping hot miso ramen topped with lots of crunchy bean sprouts. The noodles are chewy but chewy, so even if you're a slow cook like me, it doesn't feel like it's going to stretch. The soup didn't taste like sweet miso, but I didn't get tired of it and it was just the way I like it! Thank you for the meal. The people at the store are so kind and I want to go there again. [Post ①] I came here because I wanted to eat Tokyo ramen. I had a large portion, but I ate it all in one go. The noodles are thin and straight, which I personally like. When I asked about it, I was told that the miso ramen uses curly noodles, and the seafood ramen uses a different type of noodles, so it's a restaurant that is particular about not only the soup but also the noodles. You can choose between light and rich soups. I like it plain. Everyone at the store is nice, and even though I always go there by myself, it's very easy to get into.
