The noodles are thin and straight for Tsukemen. It's very nicely arranged A large serving is probably 300g. The soup is a soy sauce-based amber color and shines brightly as it reflects the light inside the restaurant. First, I'll just have the noodles. The slightly flat and slender noodles are very easy to swallow and go down smoothly. My lower back strength is just right, which I like. The soup is slightly sweet, rich, and very delicious! ! Unlike seafood-based foods, it doesn't seem to get boring, but it doesn't have a simple taste. I ate it like mixed soba noodles, then I changed to soup and boiled ramen at once. Finally, I enjoyed a lot of changes by adding vinegar with dried sardines. It's fun and delicious. Unfortunately, I ended up eating two bowls of noodles and couldn't finish the soup🥲 2023.4 Special Chinese soba, Aedama, and my wife ordered Tsukemen. Perhaps because I gave the ticket for Chinese soba and Aedama on top of each other, the order didn't go through and when I asked for the Aedama, there was a disturbing atmosphere... It was a pity that I couldn't enjoy the second half if I was worried about it. 2023/04/28 Ordered Ajitama Chinese Soba and canned beer. The clear Japanese-style soup stock has a refreshing taste, but it has a mild richness with a faint trace of the traditional soy sauce flavor (I'm not good at taking pictures, so the image looks yellowish). The white, thin noodles and thick, strongly cooked char siu are delicious. A satisfying meal. Although it has nothing to do with ramen, the tumbler that was served with the beer was well chilled. This is a nice consideration for beer drinkers.
