Misato, Saitama, Japan｜Ramen Tanaka soba Misato

Super delicious.

Today as usual, I had Yamagata spicy miso and Korean mentaiko rice. At first, leave each as is. After eating a little bit of spicy miso for the ramen, I added free back fat and special chili pepper [Ko-tang] Shantou to add richness and spiciness. I like to add ramen soup and spicy tofu for rice.

We had Chinese soba and Sendai miso ramen. For the time being, since it was my first time visiting the store, I chose Chinese soba with green onions. We also ordered meat rice. The taste is similar to Kitakata ramen, or is it Kitakata ramen? It tastes more salty than soy sauce. Soup is all-you-can-eat soup. Both char siu and green onions are delicious. Meat rice feels like rice with char siu. It looks like a chain restaurant, but it's delicious. Next time I want to eat mentaiko rice and miso ramen.
