First of all, the owner is definitely not the friendly type. I think it's probably just the craftsman's temperament or shyness. I was told to come properly. Also, the inside of the store is beautiful and clean. A partition is also installed at each table. I had all the toppings of Kumamoto ramen, but first of all, the kakuni and chashu were the most delicious I've had in a while. It was well-cooked, soft, and really delicious. The chashu was a little cold inside, but it was fine after I buried it in the soup and let it sit for a while. And the noodles are definitely hard. It's no wonder that it's too hard for some people. However, since this seems to be the case in the first place, I don't think there's any point in complaining about it. Personally, I like it hard, so I didn't have any problems with it. If you don't like it hard, why not try boiling it a little longer? (I don't know if they will do it) In addition to Kumamoto ramen, they also have dried sardines ramen, spicy miso, and cheese ramen, so I'd like to try them next time. This is a store that I would definitely like to visit again.
