A young man with a straw hat that is different from the atmosphere of the store is the owner? She was a quiet person. It's Matsuyama black, but it's a fragrant gem with a strong garlic effect as the menu suggests. Cooked garlic has a different flavor than raw garlic. It seems that the noodles are thick noodles, but they are quite thin. It is dyed in black soup and becomes brown. The soup was too salty for me, but maybe it's just right for people who sweat outside. However, when you slurp the noodles, the soup is moderately entwined and the taste is quite good. It may be this soup if it is not something to drink like zaru soba soup. The ingredients were carefully selected and delicious, including Toro Toro char siu, soft bamboo shoots, and soft-boiled boiled eggs. It was a good shop that made me want to eat another ramen.
Visited after reading reviews. I ordered a medium sized bowl of Chinese soba noodles. As others have written, the soup with the scent of dried sardines is a bit lacking, but as you eat it, it's a rich flavor that gradually packs a punch. The medium-thick straight noodles were also very delicious, and it was a very memorable bowl without any decorations. I'll visit you again.
I ordered Matsuyama Black, which is limited to 5 meals a day. It was lunchtime, but there were no other customers. Closed on Fridays. Is there a parking lot for 3 cars? Although it is a spacious size, it cannot be rotated inside, so it is difficult to get in and out. The shop is located a little off the main road. I used to frequent the neighborhood often, but this was the first time I'd heard of a ramen shop. There was a logger standing on the road opposite the store, but unfortunately it didn't seem like it was open. No matter how you look at it, it's not open. There was a sign saying "open for business" and a sign saying "noren", so I cautiously went in.
