Higashimatsu's ramen 🍜 is always here, the store clerk's smile is wonderful, and the miso ramen is very delicious, so it's my favorite shop. It's a nice service with a large serving for free. Also, although I've never used it, toppings are provided as a service for small servings of noodles. I think that Hokkaido's miso ramen is good here 😁

There are so many tabletop seasonings that you won't believe they are free. The ramen tastes delicious even without seasoning. You can also use d payment for payment. Payment is at the back of the store, opposite the entrance. At first glance, it looks like it's a self-checkout system, but the store staff does some of the work for you. The counter is also in the back, and there are many solo customers.

Misokuma's Higashimatsuyama store. I wonder why this place is here, but there are customers who visit even outside of meal times. There are 3 counter seats and table seats inside the store. Miso ramen is made with white miso and is quite sweet. It almost reminds me of Fuchu miso from Hiroshima. The soup has a good soup stock and has a good taste. The slightly chewy egg noodles, typical of Sapporo ramen, go well together. For sweet soups, we recommend adding butter topping to give it a richer flavor. There are toppings such as garlic and ginger on the table, so you can customize it to your own taste. There is also a set menu, and the fried rice is quite delicious. It's okay to order it as a single item. You will enjoy the delicious flavor that rivals the taste of ramen. There aren't many restaurants around here, so if you're hungry, it's a good place to stop by without hesitation.
