Went for the first time today. Just when I wanted to eat ramen, there were some guys lined up, so I looked it up and found a restaurant that looked delicious!! My husband, who usually doesn't line up, was looking forward to it. I ordered mixed soba and char siu salt soy sauce. I can only say that everything is delicious and I like it. I drank all the soup, thank you for the meal!! Next time I would like to go to eat tantan noodles!! I ate tantanmen in August!! I don't like sansho, but this tantanmen is totally fine, and I even think I've come to like it!! I finished the soup, and I will definitely go here if I want to eat tantan noodles even though it is rich.

Go inside without waiting outside, buy special dandan noodles, spicy balls, and char siu rice at the ticket vending machine on the left side, and take a seat when prompted 😀 Noodles are thin straight noodles with plenty of white sesame and go well with the rich soup. The special topping comes with a flavored egg and 2 slices of char siu, and the ingredients include chili peppers, finely chopped minced meat, and green onions. Spicy chili oil is added to the soup, and the spiciness lifts the noodles. The char siu rice is finely chopped and easy to eat.
