I was finally able to go to a restaurant that I had passed by several times and was not open due to soup issues! (lol) Ordered Kakuni ramen with soy sauce🐷 Just 1000 yen! (lol) The menma and soup are light and the kakuni is well-cooked and soft! Kakuni has a light taste so you can eat it easily (´∀｀) The noodles are thin and go well with light soy sauce! It was delicious and served relatively quickly, so I wish I had eaten minced rice... (lol) The restaurant has about 6 seats and is ticket-based, and there is no parking lot, so it's best to walk from Kamifukuoka Station! I think all the customers around me were ordering dandan noodles, so I'd like to try dandan noodles next time~(*´﹃｀*)

I had the soy sauce ramen. I don't like menma, but I thought it was very delicious. The person sitting next to me drank all the soup and left with some noodles. I understand how you feel. The soup is extremely delicious. It has a sophisticated taste without any unnecessary ingredients. The ramen was so delicious that I finished it all. Thank you for the meal. P.S. There was only one customer in front of me in the store, which had 5 counter seats. The soup was made with a sweet soy sauce sauce, and the noodles were thin noodles with straight tips topped with menma fat and chashu flavored balls, and the traditional Chinese soba soup with modern toppings.It was very delicious. It seems like they are closed on Mondays and open on other days. There is a coin parking lot nearby, and parking is free for less than 30 minutes.
