The noodles are very chewy, the soup is rich and tasty. There are only 10 seats in the shop and you choose your meal via machine. The whole environment is neat and tidy. I love the view of watching the chef cooking while waiting. Would recommend others to coming!

One of the best dipping Ramen noodle places in Japan. This is main shop which is still rather small. It has a branch in Odaiba Tokyo. The noodle dished are made with care both in the cooking of the noodles (boiling, washing out starch and the plating it neatly in bowl) and the assembling the components of the sauce. Lunchtime midweek queues were not long. Less than about 15 mins wait.

I followed the review and made my way here for lunch around noon. Ordered tsukemen with an egg topped up. Soup gravery was thick and the roasted pork so soft and tender. Lots of local came here as well. Be prepared for a queue as well but worth the wait.
