Kawagoe, Saitama, Japan｜Isshizen Hon-Kawagoe

My favorite ramen restaurant in Kawagoe. We recommend the hard bean sprout ramen noodles. You can add as many green onions as you want, so it's really delicious when dunked in hot soup. To top it off, add rice and spicy seasonings from the table to make the medicinal soup delicious. The staff are friendly and attentive, making you feel very comfortable. It's open even late at night, so it's perfect for a post-drinking snack. There are several other shops in Kawagoe, and it is no exaggeration to say that Issashizen is Kawagoe's soul ramen.

The noodles were chewy, the soup was not as bad as it looked, and the taste was easy to finish. It's easy to customize to your liking by adding spicy miso and garlic. Both green onions and mustard greens are placed on the table, and I'm happy that I can put them in as much as I want. I'm glad that the clerk also looked at the audience and provided smooth service.

I went on July 16th around opening time. I parked my car in the coin parking lot in the back. The parking fee was 400 yen after eating ramen slowly, but I have no regrets. Ordered miso ramen and hiyashi chuka. I was so impressed by how delicious the hiyashi chuka was for only 680 yen. I want to eat sesame miso sauce every day The timing wasn't right as it was only open at night, but I finally got around to it! We were able to conquer all stores! It has become my favorite restaurant after Tsurugashima.
