Located between Tsurugashima and Kasumigaseki on the Tobu Tojo Line, Junk Garage is a Jiro brand from the Rokurinsha chain that has taken the world by storm with its tsukemen. It's a little difficult to access from the station, so we recommend going by car if possible. This shop is located in Kozutsumi, Kawagoe City, on Prefectural Route 39 (Kawagoe Sakado Moroyama Line), and nearby is ``Nidaime Ezo'', which is said to be a sacred place for large portions, and salt and soy sauce, both tanrei. This area is home to popular ramen restaurants such as Kominka Ramen Ginsui, which serves rich ramen. It used to be a 7-Eleven, but it looks like Junk Garage has now opened (relocated from Sakado?) after emptying the building. Since it used to be a convenience store, the parking lot is relatively large and can accommodate about 10 cars. Arrived after 13:00. There are about 5 people waiting inside the restaurant, which shows how popular it is. I ordered the powerful mazesoba and my wife ordered the ramen. The rice bowl arrived in about 10 minutes. The moment I took a bite, ah! It has a strong flavor that makes you feel like it's a really junky seasoning. Because it's all added, the tastes, smells, and textures of various spices, mayonnaise, fried garlic, etc. are mixed together, making it extremely satisfying! I thought I could easily finish the whole thing, but the flavor gradually became heavier and heavier (lol), but I couldn't stop using my chopsticks... It tasted like that. My wife also finished the Morimori vegetable ramen. They seemed to be very satisfied. There are box seats, so it seems easy to use for families and mom friends and children, and when we went, there were several groups of mom friends and children. I wanted to eat a big meal at Picoa after my workout, so I visited there for the first time in a few years. The noodles were chewy and thick, and the char siew was thick and delicious. There are no children's menus or mini bowls, but I'm glad they provided a plate. It's garlic-based, so be careful if you have something to do after your meal ^^;
