When the restaurant first opened, I tried the rich dried sardines and avoided it because it didn't suit my taste, but a friend recommended that the regular sardines were delicious, so I came back for the first time in a few years. I ate it with some skepticism, but it was really delicious. When I added the internal organ oil to the taste, the aroma of garlic spread and it was even better. I chose a medium amount of noodles, but it may be a little too much for women or those who eat less. I'm also interested in white soy sauce, so I'd like to come again.

There is a very rich version available only at night, but the regular version is also quite rich and delicious. Regular meals are free up to large size. At that price, with that taste, this satisfaction is a great deal. There are two tables, so even if you bring your children, they won't make you look bad, and if you spill any food, they'll tell you, ``It's okay, we'll clean it up.''

I ordered dried sardines soba (medium). The noodles are straight like stick ramen, and because the noodle strings are beautifully arranged, the first bite of noodles is difficult to remove and difficult to eat. Be sure to mix it up thoroughly. The noodles are clean and cut easily, and perhaps because they are straight, the soup doesn't get on top of them and the flavor doesn't come through. Soup and onions are placed on the astragalus, noodles are placed on top, and seaweed is placed on top of it. When all of this is poured into the mouth, the resulting dish is truly delicious. There is a separate menu called ``Rich Niboshi Soba'', and this might be the flavor that complements all of them.
