One of the best ramen I've had. My usual favourite is tonkotsu flavour, but the miso ramen from this shop is a close second.

As popular as it is, this is also delicious. Miso was thick noodles, but Tantan noodles were thin noodles. The spiciness is spicy and the numbness is moderately mild. I was at a loss as to whether I should choose the spicy and dried sardines, but I chose the sardines because I thought it would taste better. First of all, the amount is large. If I can make han-tama, I would like to try maladama again.
