Visited around 12:30 on a public holiday. I was worried about it being crowded since it had been a while, but it was relatively empty. About 4 tables were occupied. Perhaps because the owner is so efficient, the rice bowl arrives in about 3 minutes. The strong dark soy sauce and straight noodles create an elegant taste. It was still delicious.
