Very different taste compared to the usual ramen. Really good! Very much recommended 👍

I arrived before the store opened and there were already about 5 people in line. There are only 6 seats at the counter, so I was able to get in at the very first turn. On this day, only a limited menu was offered. At this restaurant, you order while seated and only pay in cash. 10,000 yen is no good because I don't have bills to exchange money. Therefore, you will need to prepare 1,000 yen bills and small change. When I looked at the contents of my wallet, I thought I would be fine with the regular menu, but I was nervous because I only had the limited menu. The limited menu is "Niboshi Soba Rakshasa", and I can't really tell what's different about it from the regular menu because I can't compare it, but it was a rich niboshi soba with a distinctly nibonibo flavor. Apparently the noodles are hard. It's been a long time since I drank all the soup.

Rich and bitter I ordered Vitanibo's special ramen. The flavor of the dried sardines was well extracted. This is delicious. The restaurant has 6 seats at the counter. Cash only. 10,000 banknotes strictly prohibited. One-man business.
