A few people were praising the fried rice here, so I tried it, and to be honest, it was just delicious. Part of my job was to accompany people to eat some really good authentic Chinese food, so I also enjoyed fried rice (in China, it's not a special dish, it's a cheap dish, but there are many places where it tastes delicious).
