It's called Kagetsu's delicious water, and it's as delicious as mineral water. Therefore, the soup has a rich flavor without any unpleasant taste. I also love that you can add spiciness and vegetables with the bean sprouts. The store is spacious, clean, and has great customer service, so I have no complaints. I can say the same about other stores, but I think Kagetsu should be more highly rated. Thank you for the meal~(* ´ ▽ ` *)ﾉ.
