It's a great ramen that can be surprisingly refreshing even though it's back fat! I went hungry, so it soaked into my body anyway! However, the taste is quite strong, so I thought it was good to have rice in the second half w The char siu noodles were 1300 yen for a large serving of 100 yen, and the rice was 100 yen for a total of 1500 yen! It feels a little expensive, but I think you'll be satisfied with the thickness and deliciousness of the char siu! I wanted to eat gyoza, but it was a pity that I didn't have it on this day! I came here for the first time because I missed the back fat ramen that I had in Niigata. Since I was the first customer at dinner time, I was able to enjoy conversation with the owner and was satisfied. The soup had a punch that was different from Sanjo's back fat type, and it was great. If I were 10 years younger, I would have drank all the soup. It was absolutely delicious! I will definitely go again! Thank you for the meal!

I used it for the first time. Even though it's mushy, it's chewy, rich, and flavorful. This is the first time I've had ramen with such ridiculously large cabbage in it. I wanted to eat something like this. I will definitely come again. (Large serving of cabbage ramen, complete meal)
