This is my first time going to a chain store because I don't want to go far. I'm not sure if it's Hokkaido miso, but it had a slightly sweet taste that I liked a little. My favorite was the miso ramen with sweet miso and lots of garlic that I ate in the parking lot of a bathhouse called Tanukiyu, but that disappeared a long time ago.

I ate meat and green onion ramen with Kyushu barley miso. The miso ramen was very mellow, had a good miso flavor, and the noodles were curly, so they mixed well with the soup and were delicious. I took out the stew with motsu and it was also very delicious. The seats were full within 10 minutes of opening, but the customer turnover was fast, so you might not have to wait that long. Next time I would like to try Hokkaido miso.
