It seems that he opened a shop after training at Taikaiken. I don't think it's different to compare, but the soup is gentle because it doesn't contain yuzu. I personally like the taste. The dried sardine soup was very gentle and had a good taste for the stomach. The noodles are also thin, and this is entwined with the soup and slurped. (It seems that the noodles can be made stiffer.) The wontons went into the mouth and the taste of the bean paste was strong. The amount is also quite large and quite satisfactory. There were several men who asked for medium size, but there are quite a few. I went with my child (2 years old and 3 months old), but I got a small plate and fork for subdivision. That was a really big help. The staff are very kind and responsive. I went there on Sunday, but it seemed to be a very popular store, and there was a line at noon. About 10 cars can be parked in the parking lot.

And what I always order is a large bowl of ramen. The large size class has 420 grams of noodles, the medium ramen is 280 grams, and the small ramen is 140 grams, making the medium + small just the right size, and when served to the table, the noodles are sticking out of the soup. Among the ramen shops I go to, the large bowl of acorn ramen is the only ramen that fills me up as a single item. This is my number one favorite store in the Eifukucho Taishoken chain. The soup has a nice scent of dried sardines that isn't too rich, and the noodles are made from local Marutomi noodles instead of the Kusamura Shoten noodles that Taishoken requires, making this the best sardine ramen for me. Today, the food was as delicious as ever. Thank you for the meal! If you're looking for dried sardines, this is my top pick. The amount of noodles is double the usual amount, so please consult your stomach before ordering. Personally, I prefer it to the Eifukucho Taishoken chain of shops. (The store where he trained is called Taikaiken in Moroyama, which is affiliated with Eifuku-cho Taishoken, so I wonder if it's actually an affiliated store?) As for the noodles, I definitely prefer the local Saitama-made Marutomi noodles used by Donguri-san over the Kusamura Shoten noodles, which are a must-have for Eifuku-cho Taishoken, and sometimes I find myself craving them. (This is the reason why I say that I am not affiliated with Eifukucho Taishoken.) The soup runs out quickly, so if you want to try it, be sure to arrive early! I feel that there is no variation in the work of Acorn's master. Even at some of the famous Sano ramen restaurants that I like, it seems a little saltier than usual today. , or today's noodles are softer than usual, but I feel like each time I go to Donguri-san, it's always more delicious and consistent, whether it's just my imagination or not. Donguri-san also relocated once, but it is customary for them to enlarge the store or open multiple stores once they start selling well, but I would definitely welcome Donguri-san to evolve this current flavor. I just hope it doesn't lose its taste.
