6/18 I visited you for dinner. The inside of the store is very bright and looks like a place that women and families can enjoy. I excused myself to the counter seat and looked at the menu. It was on the top left I ordered a large serving of special Chinese noodles. I decided to sit at the counter because there was a sign posted on the counter saying it was recommended. The noodles are stiff and have a unique curly texture! What is it like? As I was waiting excitedly, the ramen arrived! It was a noodle that I had never eaten before. The one that felt closest to me was Okinawa soba noodles? The soup had a strong taste, but it was delicious and I drank it all. Next time, should I order tsukemen or Chinese noodles? Thank you for the meal. 7/30 I visited you for dinner. Today we have Chinese noodles and half fried rice. Is half fried rice half? It's so voluminous that Fatman is very satisfied. I was really attracted to the new chilled ramen, but ended up eating the Chinese noodles instead. Next time I would like to go for chilled ramen or tsukemen. Thank you for the meal today. Visited again for lunch on 9/7. Today I tried Tsukemen. I visited at lunch time and it was very crowded, but I was able to be seated right away. If we were a little later, there might not have been any seats available. Thank you for the Tsukemen feast. Next time I'm having trouble deciding whether to try miso or chilled ramen.

2023.09.20 Enter the store around 6:30 p.m. On my way back from playing, I had a hard time deciding whether to go to Junk Garage or Sharin, but I decided to go here because I wanted to eat tsukemen. The first time I came here was in April of this year, and at that time, the inside of the store was lifeless and dark. I entered the store still remembering that moment... Order a large serving of fresh shichimi tsukemen + extra green onion topping This time, the store was lively and words were flying around. Also, I was impressed by the positive customer service of a male clerk from beginning to end! It seemed like he was speaking to each customer one word at a time, even when paying the bill. Of course, I was also called out about the lack of special portions, and they were very considerate 👍 This time I was able to eat comfortably. I would like to visit the store again when I am nearby (^^)

While most tsukemen shops serve strong seafood dipping sauces, Sharin serves strong chicken and pork dipping sauces. Personally, I really like the taste. The noodles are also chewy and have a scent that makes you wonder if they are made by a chain. The Kumagaya store has a variety of interesting menu items that you won't find at other stores. (Although I have never eaten anything other than tsukemen.) I get the impression that there is always a line at the stores near Akabane Station, but thankfully it's relatively empty as there are a lot of seats.
