This is the first ramen shop I visited after moving from another prefecture. It's not outstanding, but it's delicious! I fell in love with the personality of the owner and his wife. Handmade noodle ramen, thin-skinned gyoza, and fried chicken.I've only eaten these three types so far, but they were delicious. The prices and the warm atmosphere are good points for someone like me who is new to the area.

Entered the store around 7pm. There were several people at the counter and two groups of customers at the tatami room. We entered the store with two children and one middle school student. I sat down in the tatami room. I wanted tsukemen, so I ordered tsukemen. I was selfish and got 2 balls. We also ordered ramen, shrimp fried rice, and fried chicken. My tsukemen was served in about 5 minutes. This tsukemen is delicious! There was probably vinegar in the bonito stock, which left a lingering aftertaste. The noodles are made with very little kansui noodles, so they are very particular about it. It was a delicious dish. Next, I got some of my friend's ramen, but the noodles were also quite picky. Super thin noodles. The taste of the soup was a little light soy sauce, but it was delicious. The shrimp fried rice is also traditional fried rice and delicious. I would like a little more swing. However, since the owner seems to be elderly, I guess it can't be helped. It's fried chicken, but this fried chicken is naturally made with thigh meat, but it's made with domestically produced chicken thighs. It's juicy, tangy, and peppery. The rice I ordered with it was made in Japan and had a Koshihikari-style flavor. You can see that the owner is very particular about his food, so please try the fried chicken, ultra-thin ramen, and tsukemen.
