More Comments at Google MapI had passed the road in front of the store several times and was curious about it, so I came here during lunch time since I was walking. Unlike the outside, the inside of the store was clean and the staff were nice. There were so many menus to choose from that I had a hard time deciding, but this time I chose miso ramen. The miso flavor was rich and went well with the thick noodles. There is also an alcohol menu and a snack menu, so you can have one drink at night 🍺 (^^)
Based on my partner's request for miso ramen, I entered this restaurant that I had checked out beforehand around 12:50 on Saturday. There are 4 parking spaces in the nearby paid parking lot. When I entered the store, it was almost full and I sat down at an empty counter. There are 6 counter seats and 3 small tables. On the table are grated garlic, white pepper, chili pepper, white sesame seeds, vinegar, chopsticks, astragalus, toothpicks, towels, cups, water pots, boxes of tissues, and menus. Garlic and white sesame are placed, which is a high point. 🥰 Water is self-serve. Rice is free during lunch time 🈚 (refills 🉑), and you can order a small mini bowl for 100 yen❗. I ordered the clam butter salt ramen, which I had checked in advance, medium size, 860 yen including tax, shrimp miso ramen, medium size, 860 yen including tax, miso pork bowl, small, 100 yen including tax, and chashu bowl, small, 100 yen including tax. 🙋 The ramen bowl arrived first in about 5 minutes. 🐴🌿 The clam butter salt ramen has slightly hard, curly noodles with a normal thickness, and the soup is rich and rich with a buttery flavor, similar to Iekei ramen. The ingredients were 3 pieces of nori, spinach, green onions, and a lot of clams (about 20 clams). Shrimp miso ramen has the same noodles, the soup is thick, and the fragrant shrimp flavor is strong. The ingredients were nori, spinach, green onions, chili peppers, and pork that was so soft that it fell apart when you picked it up with chopsticks. 😋 The char siu bowl consists of chilled, loosened char siu tossed with sesame oil and green onions on top of a bowl full of rice. The miso pork rice bowl has green onions on top of 3 pieces of soft roast pork seasoned with sweet miso paste. Personally, the clam butter salt ramen (with garlic and white sesame) and the miso pork bowl were delicious. 🤤 For lunch, if you order the noodles on average and order either free rice or a small mini bowl, it's filling and only requires one paper (1,000 yen), so it's great value for money! I think it's ️. 🤩
I got the shrimp salt ramen. The shrimp taste was not too strong, and the soup was well-balanced and delicious. I think you can expect salt-based products.
