After eating miso ramen a month ago, I came back looking for this flavor. I had the impression that it would be crowded, so I moved the time and came on a Saturday at 4pm, but I was able to sit at a table without having to wait. The fragrant miso soup was so addictive that I drank it all today.

Mokkei miso is very delicious. It's a taste that makes you want to eat it regularly. In addition, there are other menus such as rich miso, spicy miso, miso tanmen, and tsukemen, but the one you should order is Mokkei miso. I ate it all, but it's okay if you don't eat anything other than mokkei miso. There is always a line at lunch time, so if the timing is not right, it will take about 45 minutes from the time you line up until the rice bowl arrives. Also, please note that due to the median strip, you can only enter the store premises from the uphill side of the Oguri Line.
