Nice place and very good ramen

Jiro style ramen shop. Although this area is a blank area with no direct stores, this is a pretty delicious restaurant within Inspire. The noodles are from Kagarou, and the soup has an elegant taste for a Jiro restaurant. Available with soy sauce, miso, or without soup.

I've been going here many times since I saw a video on YouTube when it first opened. Although the ramen is G-based, it has a non-emulsified soup, which is an unusual type. In a good way, it has improved steadily since it opened, and the soup is insanely delicious. It's not white, so it doesn't weigh on your stomach, and it's only flavorful, so it's very delicious to eat. If you have time to go to the Shiraoka area, why not stop by at least once?
