I got Guts Spicy Miso and Guts Soy Sauce. I made it with garlic and a lot of backfat. The spicy miso had the sweetness of the bean sprouts, and it was also nice that it contained bonito flakes and green onions. The char siu was thick like simmered kakuni, and although the amount was large overall, it was delicious. If this volume is about 1,000 yen, I'm satisfied. The garlic power was amazing from after the meal until the next day.
