More Comments at Google MapLarge serving of tsukemen + meat rice Tsukemen has a refreshing taste. The noodles are also coated with dashi soup, and at the end, add this dashi soup to the dipping sauce and drink. Well, it's delicious. It looks beautiful and tastes good too. There are many people queuing up for the delicious food. Don't forget to write your name on the register at the entrance and wait your turn. Otherwise, no matter how long it takes, I won't be able to enter. ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー Special Chinese noodles with braised rice Chinese soba is delicious, but I think tsukemen is better. The braised braised rice is exquisite. A nice size and tender piece of meat. The fat is also soft and melts in your mouth. Unfortunately, because of my age, I don't need this much fat, but it's still delicious.
Saturday I arrived at the store at 9:50 am due to a train and bus transfer. The name stand had not yet appeared. A registration table will be placed in front of the store shortly before 10:00. There were a few customers ahead of me, but they were talking lamely in the parking lot, so I was the first to register. The rule is to buy your meal ticket after being called, so wait until the store opens. Chairs were offered at about the same time, so I decided to sit down and wait. There's a convenience store nearby (about 2 minutes walk), so I'm grateful that I can run to it if something happens. After 10:30, the wait started to increase, and 20 people, including me, were registering 5 minutes before the store opened. Opened a little before 11:00. The ticket vending machine only accepts cash, 1,000 yen bills (and 2,000 yen bills), and coins, so be prepared. I purchased the Ajitama Tsukesoba, Kakuni topping, and Kakuni bowl. Total 2,050 yen. The interior of the store is surprisingly small, with high ceiling beams and a stylish interior, so it doesn't feel out of place even though it is described as an old folk house cafe. About 10 minutes after I was seated, the beautiful noodles arrived. The kelp water dipping sauce was delicious enough as it was, and had a thickness from the kelp that some people might not notice. delicious. I slurped like crazy and devoured the braised rice, finishing it in 8 minutes. It's hard to fault. If I had to criticize it, it would be the cost performance and location. Even so, the reason people are lining up every day is probably because it's delicious and because it's beautiful. I rarely go there myself, but I think I'll order Chinese noodles next time. And we do not recommend visiting by public transportation. We recommend coming by your own car or motorcycle, as it is a name-signing ceremony and the rotation is not too bad. As mentioned above, I came to the store by connecting, but on the way back I had to wait about 30 minutes for the local bus, so I was enslaved to Google Maps for about 40 minutes until I got to the nearest station, Shin-Shiraoka Station. I was forced to walk.
Arriving at 1020 on a weekday, there was one customer waiting 40 minutes until the store opened, and the number of customers waiting steadily increased after that. Opened exactly at 1100, Here, today's lunch ❗ “Special Tsukesoba @Shokukan Momiji, Kuki City Hinoguchi” What a beautiful-looking structure🎵 The noodles soaked in kelp water are smooth to the touch, and are medium-thin noodles with sharp edges made from whole grain flour. The toppings on a separate plate are fluffy braised braised pork, two types of roast pork, komatsuna, and yuzu as a condiment🎵 Dip these in a relatively light dipping sauce based on chicken and kelp🎵 Soup split is based on knotweed 🎵 What an elegant cup🎵 It was very delicious⭐ By the time I returned, it was full of customers waiting. I'm glad I got in early. 2023.09.20
