I've been going here for 27 years, ever since I was in college. When I visited for the first time in eight years, I was relieved to find the same Menmin-tei as usual. The rich green onion miso ramen is just as delicious as it was back then, and you'll get addicted to it.

I've been going there for over 20 years. You can choose the thickness of the noodles, the hardness of the noodles, the intensity of the flavor, and the richness of the noodles, and circle them on your meal ticket with a red pen. I get a large bowl of green onion salt ramen every time. By default, the noodles are thin and firm, with the addition of a thick flavored egg. I mix it well before serving. I forgot to take a picture before mixing. I'll add it soon. Even so, it was delicious. Thank you for the meal, Master. I think I wanted a little more soup. Also, it was unusually a little salty.
