There's a new ramen shop opening in the neighborhood.As a noodle lover, I couldn't stand there, so I stopped by for lunch on Saturday. I was a little nervous about going to a store for the first time, but it turned out to be the right thing to do. You can enjoy the umami-rich dried sardine soup with few unpleasant tastes, which goes well with the firm and thin noodles, and the variety of different seasonings available👍🏻 As soon as we opened, customers came one after another and enjoyed a pleasant lunch in the new, clean interior and cheerful staff. In addition to the counter, there are table seats so families can enjoy the restaurant as well. There is a second parking lot in addition to the storefront. (The shamisen BGM is a bit of a mixed bag, I find it a bit annoying😅)
