To the pleasant clerk, Me = Salt pork bone (medium thick egg noodles, 870 yen) Wife = Ramen (Hakata Nagahama extra thin noodles, 850 yen) Order. The rice bowl is ready in 10 minutes. I'll enjoy having this. The soup is rich, but surprisingly refreshing. The noodles were curly and soaked in the soup, so I finished it in no time. The char siu is soft and fluffy. It was so delicious that I ordered Kaedama (160 yen). The pickled ginger, ground sesame seeds, and mustard mustard greens (the spicy aftertaste is the best) provided at the table are perfect for changing the taste.
