The structure of the restaurant is L-shaped counter seats in front of the kitchen, counter seats by the window, and table seats as well. The interior is reminiscent of an old folk house and has a stylish atmosphere, and is quite spacious and comfortable. The customer base is wide-ranging, young and old. A light piano song was playing in the store. When I took a seat at the counter, I was given cold water and towels. The smiling and polite customer service of the staff is also good. I ate chicken paitan ramen. It is 1045 yen including tax. This is a menu exclusive to Hinodeya Beyond. Comes with rice for free. The ingredients for the chicken paitan ramen include chicken meatballs, soft-boiled eggs, menma (menma), seaweed, white onions, sliced ​​green onions, hawk claws, and white sesame seeds. The chicken meatballs are chewy and full of flavor, and the soft-boiled egg has a sticky yolk. The menma tips are soft and flavorful, and the white onions are crunchy and refreshing. The seaweed flavor is also good. The noodles are flat noodles made with whole grain flour and have a delicious taste, and the surface is very smooth and chewy, giving them a chewy texture that bounces in your mouth. The soup is light but full of flavor and flavor. The rice is cooked to a firm consistency and goes well. It was delicious.
