I stopped by for the first time in a while and ate. Soy sauce ramen with a refreshing taste. The atmosphere of the restaurant remains the same, and it's great that the food comes out right after you order. I ordered a large serving of roasted pork rice set (1,320 yen) and drank the soup. I ate at the counter, and the seats were clean. The next day, I went to eat again. I ordered a large set of roasted pork rice set (+60 yen) with a large set of chashu ramen (+150 yen).

It is a chain store. It is said to be a chain store near Tokyo, but I visited it because I was curious about a ramen restaurant I had never seen before. In Japan, you said it was a soup-style ramen restaurant similar to Sano Ramen. The Sano ramen was bland, but this ramen was seasoned well, so it was worth eating. Personally, I like soft noodles, but the noodles here are soft and have a bit of chewiness (middle way between noodles and kalguksu). I ordered char siu noodles, and it came out more than I expected, which was good. The char siu was soft but a little bit salty but not bad. I would recommend it to those who like soft noodles.

As you know, Kitakata ramen chain store. However, it is strange that "the taste is different" at the same chain store. I don't understand why the Sakauchi main store in Kitakata (which has a beastly smell) and the chain stores have different tastes, but even though they are the same chain stores, the Asakusa store, the Sugito store, and this "Iwatsuki store" Something is wrong. "Is it water..." "Is it temperature..." "Is it how to boil it..." "Is it about measuring method..." (Personally, Iwatsuki is my favorite) I don't know why, but this Iwatsuki store is a busy store, and it opens at 11:00 on holidays and is full at 11:15. We recommend arriving early as you will have to wait 10 minutes. I recommend it to men and women of all ages.
