I visited Niramen Hayashida Iwatsuki store on Sunday, June 4, 2023. There is a large parking lot in front of the store. There was a line in front of the restaurant, and while we were waiting we were given a menu. I entered the store after disinfecting with alcohol. There is a food ticket machine at the entrance. The store is compact with counter seats and table seats. Each counter seat was separated by an acrylic board. The customer base was wide-ranging, young and old, and we even saw families. Western music was playing in the store. Take a seat at the counter, and the cold water is self-service. The staff's smiling and polite customer service was also good. I ate the Ajitama Soy Sauce Ramen. It was 950 yen including tax. Ingredients include two types of char siew, flavored eggs, menma, and green onions. There are two types of char siu: pork and chicken.The pork char siu is thin but full of flavor, and the chicken char siu is moist and tender. Flavored eggs have sticky yolks and a rich flavor. The menma is crunchy and the pleasant scent of menma passes through your nostrils. The crunchy texture and refreshing taste of the green onions was also good. The noodles are light brown in color, thin and chewy, with a smooth surface and a pleasant wheat aroma and taste. The duck and Oyama duck soup has a rich and deep flavor. It was delicious.

I was at a loss with oyster ramen, but first I chose soy sauce ramen. The soup has a solid chicken broth and the noodles are delicious with thin patsupatsu noodles entwined in the soup. Next time I will try oyster ramen

Although it is located in Kado, it is a place where the trend of restaurants is intense. Maybe it's becoming a ramen shop? When I went there for the first time in a long time, it was really a ramen shop. The shop is small even though it's on the national highway, so I think this kind of shop is good because it's fast, and it's good value for money.It's ramen with a light soup that's delicious.
