More Comments at Google MapI visited [Wagtail] near Shichiri Station, Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture. I had been curious about it for a while, but I finally got to go this time. I visited by car, and although I was told that there was a parking lot, I had a hard time finding it because it was behind the store. The exterior is simple and the inside is very beautiful. I visited after 13:00, but it was crowded. I bought a meal ticket and waited about 10 minutes to be seated. I had the special soy sauce ramen and chashu bowl. Soy sauce ramen looks really beautiful. The noodles were thin and the soup was smooth. The chashu rice bowl was delicious with wasabi tartar. Also, the cold container was made of stainless steel, which kept it cold, and there was no odor, which was great. This kind of consideration is surprisingly gratifying. I would like to try Tsukemen next time.
Beautiful appearance 😆 I'm impressed ❤️ The soup is refreshing and the dried sardines have a strong effect 💦 When you take a bite of the thin noodles that go down your throat, you can feel the aroma of the dried sardines coming out of your nose and it's refreshing 👌 When I started eating it, I noticed that there were 2 wontons in it🌱 The roast pork on top is also exquisite ❤️ Such wonderful ramen 💓 I've never seen it before ❤️ Is it okay for Shichiri to have a store like this? ️I don't like it!! ️It's really amazing!! ️
First visit. It was just after noon on Monday, but the tables and counter seats in the store were almost full.I was able to wait on the bench inside the store. The door leading into the store is a sliding type with a large handle that is easy to open, and there is no step between the door and the floor, so I think it is an easy place for people with disabilities to enter. I was concerned about the pop-up sticker on my plate, so I ordered the special soy sauce tsukemen for 1,250 yen. It's such a beautiful arrangement! The toppings are also very delicious and all go into the dipping sauce. The lemon that was originally inside was just right, and although it was soy sauce, it had a refreshing taste and was very delicious. Wontons in dipping sauce! I like it!!! It was very delicious. Thank you for the meal.
