Right next to the Miyahara Station East intersection on the Sangyo Road (Kamiogawaguchi Line). My favorite ramen shop. I think it's an independent store rather than a chain store. The ramen is delicious with plenty of soy sauce and salt as well as back fat, but the lack of bean sprouts makes it less filling.Recommendations are miso, curry miso, spicy miso, full tanmen, and vegetable ankake ramen. Both had heaps of vegetables and no noodles. Some of them are naturally spicy, but I enjoy changing the taste by adding chili oil and shichimi. The noodles are medium thick egg noodles. I go there once a week, and I always finish the soup. The mabo noodles are served with tofu that is square and not crumbly, making it look bright and of course delicious. The photo shows a large serving of hiyashi chuka, a large serving of curry miso, a large serving of miso, the white one is a large serving of tanmen, the red one is a large serving of spicy miso, and the gyoza is crispy and delicious. There are as many as 3 on weekdays. At lunchtime, set A noodles + half fried rice and set B noodles + daily half bowl are also popular menus. I used to see a part-time mother and her daughter working together, which made me feel warm, but I don't see them anymore. I wonder if my daughter has become independent.
