Very good Miso Ramen.

I received the limited edition Mazesoba. Garlic is quite strong. Garlic, onions, bean sprouts and cabbage. The pork is boiled and tastes like shabu-shabu. Added flavored eggs. Hyakupo-san, who I have been going to for about 20 years. I often go to the Kita Urawa store, but I happened to have plans so I decided to stop at the Omiya store. Weekday lunches come with a small bowl of rice and salad free of charge, so you'll be happy. I ordered a char siu bowl, but they gave me a large serving with free rice. I'm really happy to have all-you-can-eat mustard greens and green onions on the table.

Hyakupo Ramen Omiya Branch's Hyakupo Ramen is 720 yen. When I got to my seat, the first thing that came out was the green onion colander! You can specify pork bones such as Barikata and Harigane, but it is clearly different from Hakata's, and it is an old ramen created from information in magazines and TV when there was no internet. Surviving in this kind of shop means that the taste is right. Hyakupo Ramen calls itself a cured tonkotsu ramen (it was also written in the bowl) that it is a different genre from Hakata's tonkotsu ramen. It's pork bone ramen, so you have to make it Hakata-style! I don't think there is anything like that, so I want you to do your best as a different genre.
