Like most ramen joints, there is limited seating, so prepare to wait for a bit. I got the medium-sized tsukemen with the topping set and chashu. I highly recommend getting both of these options. The tsukemen broth by itself is good, but with the toppings it's great. While I usually prefer thicker cuts of chashu, several slices came with my order, so I didn't mind. I especially didn't mind once I tasted them. This shop's chashu have a smokey, charred flavor. Absolutely exquisite. Combined remarkably well with the tsukemen broth and topping flavors. Truly an excellent dining experience.
