The soup is unique and delicious I also tried miso orochon, and it was extremely spicy! That's not to say, it's just the right amount of spiciness, and the bite-sized pieces of chashu are seriously delicious. However, when I tried to talk to the shop owner, he seemed to avoid me, which made me a little uncomfortable.But I was happy to hear him say ``Welcome!!'' and ``Thank you very much!'' out loud.

I think I have the best ramen shop in Saitama. The ramen to order is 1 choice of miso tsukemen. Tokumori and more char siu, topped with butter and seasoned egg, and half rice, over 1 kg of menacing... Miso is really delicious here. It's a good feeling because it's properly stir-fried and boiled before serving. Even if you don't add toppings, you can get a large portion for free. It comes with 2 pieces of char siu and 1 flavored egg, so you may be able to enjoy it. Gavan's pepper, grated garlic, and red pepper are always on the table. The staff are also lively and it is a pleasant store.

I ate soy sauce ramen. The system is to buy meal tickets outside. Even though they had fewer employees, they treated me with care. The ramen was delicious. If I have a chance to visit Omiya next time, I would like to go there again.
