I was interested because I also like salt ramen, but I went with the mixed soba that was recommended by word of mouth. The seasoning of the sauce is just right without being too strong, and it mixes well with the chewy noodles and is delicious! The vegetables and mapo tofu also create a nice texture without interfering with the taste. And above all, the egg garnish goes really well with it✨ I resisted the urge to put it in a bowl and ate it like tsukemen. After eating the noodles... it's time for a final meal! And now add the eggs! ! The sauce and rice go so well together, and the mellow flavor of the egg envelops it. This is bliss. It was the most delicious mixed soba I've ever eaten. I'm very satisfied.

The seasoning of the ingredients, the soup, and the noodles are well balanced and delicious. Soy sauce, salt, and mixed soba are also delicious. That should be it, the owner is not a ramen shop but a chef. His Chinese food is also excellent. Right now I'm concentrating on ramen, but you can eat Chinese food next door.
