The soup is rich and delicious You can order up to triple free toppings at a reasonable price starting from around 700 yen. There are plenty of seats and the counter is not small, so women and families don't have to worry about eating at a slower pace than other Jiro-style customers. The store staff are mainly young women, so there are no brutal or overbearing people, so it's calming. This shop is also recommended for beginners who don't know the rules well.

It's easier to get into than other Junk Garage stores, so I've been using this store a lot since it opened. I often order ramen, but most recently on May 3rd I ordered a double serving of pork mashed soba + 3 additional pork, and on May 9th I ordered a double serving of ramen and a triple serving of garlic oil sai. Mazesoba can have all the toppings, but I prefer only garlic, oil, cheese, and spiciness. I can't add shrimp mayo and baby star. In the second half, the soup that has accumulated at the bottom feels thick, but it is delicious! I always think that if you double the size of the mazesoba, the amount of noodles and the depth of flavor would be just right. I decide on a large or double portion of ramen depending on my mood that day, and I use triple servings of garlic, oil, and vegetables because I don't have enough. Ramen is recommended for those who eat a lot because it is easy on the wallet.
