Reviewed again as it has been renewed. The style has changed to paying after ordering and then going to pick up the ramen when it's ready. While waiting for your ramen, it's nice to be able to pick up a salad etc. from the service. When I want to eat tonkotsu ramen, I go here. I like the calm atmosphere of the store. Since it first opened, it has been improved in many ways and I can feel the effort put into it!

I visited you for lunch on November 8th. Opened last month and had to wait in line twice. I was finally able to eat it today. As soon as you enter the store, you decide on the base ramen, pick up toppings and side menus, and finally pay the bill. The image is of Marugame Seimen. Salad was served that day. Maybe I'm not used to it yet, but I was a little confused by the ramen making part and the payment, but I'm sure I'll get used to it in the future. The noodles are thin. I wonder if it would have been more delicious if it was a skillful person who didn't have much time to arrange it. Although the quality of the noodles was different from my preference, the soup was delicious and the overall taste was to my liking. Even if you don't ask for toppings, are the green onions and chashu the default? What was disappointing was the side menu. It would have been even better if it had been made fresh. I felt the taste was more than the price, but it was cold and disappointing. Next time I would like to aim for a time when it will be freshly made. Thank you for the meal.
