Kazo, Saitama, Japan｜Kodawari Ramen Kuraya

Easily the best ramen I've had. The Kuro Koku Miso is especially good. Unlike a lot of places, the pork is very thick, and cooked just enough to get a char on it before going in. Few ramen restaurants do that. It's rare that I get excited about ramen places. This is worth the trip.

Chaa Shumen I ordered (Charshu Men). The noodles are thin curly noodles, While waiting for the chashu The smell of grilling comes from the kitchen. The char siu is certainly delicious. It's like a white fish meuniere So much so that you have the illusion that you are actually eating it. Quite soft. By the way, I am from the menu table. I selected and ordered, There is also a menu added to the wall. There are a lot of things, so you should check them out. When I go again, From the menu posted on the wall I think I'll try ordering it.

I was drawn to this ramen shop along National Route 122 by the ``Lelopero Shio Ramen'' sign. My favorite is the Hokkaido Miso Ramen with free toppings of vegetables and garlic. The richness of garlic is added to the flavorful miso soup, and the vegetables have a crunchy texture👍🏻 The medium-thick, slightly curly, springy noodles go well with the rich soup. The chashu is crispy and flavorful and very tender. I'm sure it would go well with rice. Overall, it's a very well-balanced and delicious ramen 😊
