More Comments at Google MapI visited Himari, a ramen restaurant in Iwatsuki. When you think of Iwatsuki, you think of Dutch House, and this is also a popular shop. Since it is quite far from the station, you will have to visit by car. Parking is available near the store. Orders are placed at the entrance, and this time I ordered 200g of soy sauce ramen with extra vegetables, meat, and eggs. As mentioned in the comments, I used a lot of back fat, but it was light and very easy to eat. However, it remained until later. I felt that Jiro-style ramen like this is still popular. As expected, the volume and the bean sprouts and fat are delicious. There wasn't a line because it was a weekday, but it looked like there would be a line on a holiday. Seating is at the counter and at tables. Please note that lunch time ends at 13:30. From now on, you can eat it and do your best in hot weather.
I came here because I wanted to inject back oil. I'm thankful that the large portion and back oil are free here. Even if you use less oil, the soup won't be bitter and you can drink it smoothly. The noodles are chewy and delicious like homemade noodles.
The noodles are thick with a fish-based soup stock, the char siu in the ramen is soft, and the char siu in the small meat bowl is fragrant. I felt that the rice was a little too hard, but the sauce was just the right amount of sweet and it was very delicious.
