First visit in May 2023 I have special ramen. I'm not a big fan of spicy food, so the spiciness was average and just right. The flavor is also the type I like. Special ramen was 500 yen including tax and gyoza was 350 yen including tax, totaling 850 yen including tax. You can choose the spiciness of the special ramen, so I chose medium spiciness. The ingredients for the special ramen are simple: beaten egg and minced meat. The soft and gentle texture of the beaten egg is also good. The noodles are thick and curly, with a smooth surface and a chewy texture. The soup is light, but the spiciness of chili peppers is effective. The dumplings are 6 pieces and have a brown brown color, and the appearance is appetizing. The browned skin is crispy and fragrant, the skin is chewy and smooth, and the bean paste is moist and delicious. It was reasonably priced and delicious.
